OTP problem with Standard Bank?

Trying to do an EFT: the OTP does not get sent through. Not late, not at all
No, the details I have registered with SB are correct.
Anyone else experiencing this?

Have you tried on both the old and new sites?

I get my OTP via email now,sms used to take absolute ages to come through.

Mostly works first time for me. I do experience this often though, have to do it 2-3 times sometimes... irritating to say the least.
I find that if I have one-bar signal when requesting OTP then it's hit and miss...

This happens when I use FNB cellphone banking at times. That, or the session just times out. The worst part is that they still deduct the service fee.

Switch off then on again, or hold your power button until it restarts automatically
