Tender closed 2 weeks ago with bids from R220k - R1 million
for 26 Wireless points to be connected around Oudtshoorn

Why was Uninetworks disqualified?

RPM
 
Tender was delivered late, but mainly because it was not in a envelope.
Some other companies were disqualified due to tender response being emailed

Tender was re-issued for the 2nd time this past Friday
IT Manager was off sick for 3 weeks and could not process
the tender in time.

I see a court case soon.
unauthorised Bids, I hope they had a clear look at the new supply chain management policy.
 
Trust only one oke to be sick in SA to put a spanner in the works somehow........ pathetic :(
 
Now they can see how much to drop their price by, to get
the tender.
 
Tender not allocated for the 2nd time (reason not know)
and now opened for the 3rd time.

What gives with Oudtshoorn Muni and is this legal ?
