I am supposed to be capped (is the cap in affect?!!?) - the service is extremely variable. It all depends which time of day you are testing although at 6:20am I would expect it to be faster.
 
aborg, looks similar to mine now as well, also capped - one of the big questions I'm after an answer to - is
'after being capped is plus-minus 7KB the standard speed that all capped people will be locked to?'

It'll be useful to know for certain that IBurst, in effect, provides only a 7KB ish service, after cap, so that folks can decide if this is what they want for most of the month.

(pay for extra bandwidth? I dont think so. :P
That high figure we're paying each month is quite enough already)

Now thats Broadband! What amazes me even more is that on my bandwidth monitor I have managed to upload 1gig, without using P2P!!!

Speeds from Roodepoort tower

Hi Shaun.

Situated in Quellerina. Less than a kilometer from the tower in direct line of site but can't get more than 500 kbps . It is therefore definitely not the signal strength but rather a bandwidth problem.

Will this get better once the florida tower is up and running?

I doubt that, left a message and still havent been called back, WBS (now officially launched) has cost me almost 12000 in business as of monday... who's going to reimburse me? Not you, thats for sure!

That being said NO IMPROVEMENT

Work = Donkey Slow (Probably cause it's in a hole :p)
Client Offices = Very Fast.

Speeds have been crappy for me till 6pm ( as discussed with you on the phone ). I am still getting a huge amount of disconnects on online gaming where I get no incoming traffic for up to 2 mins at a time causing timeouts. After 7pm it gets better with no disconnects. This has only happened in teh last week or so

The speed is ok, no complains.

I still cannot use some application, because they disconnect constantly or cannot connect at all!

My speeds are pretty damn good......

One other thing,am I the only one that hasn't been charged or sent an Invoice in the last 2 months ?.I joined in Jan and still haven't paid a cent......i call WBS but it seems they don't want my money :p

Had a lot of disconnections, reconnections this morning, but overall good. 700 - 800 kbps
