Outa will not appeal e-toll ruling

Curious move. Methinks OUTA might be waiting for the storm around tolling to manifest itself before continuing with their challenges, essentially giving SANRAL enough rope.

It is also understandable that they are trying to go up against a government where the president just signs a piece of paper and all that work goes out the window.

It is understandable that they decided to call it quits for the time being and commend them for the work and effort they put in so far.

Whats the point fighting a battle which the government just changes to rules constantly to favor themselves?

Don't worry OUTA, in the long run they can sign as many laws as they want, I still won't be getting an etag

Thank you so much sir for dedicating so much time, money and sweat in to trying to help your fellow citizen. At some point you have to call it quits or resort to fighting dirty. It is now on to the public to decide where they stand when this rolls out.

I am so glad I am in CT, if they did this here I would not be able to afford to drive to work!
