Hi all,

I received a call from a client earlier saying that his Outlook is acting up and I'm stumped if I can find a solution as yet, hence I'm turning to you trusty lot for guidence. The same problem is replicated across all devices connected to the Office 365 Home and Business account (up to 6 devices allowed.)

Scenario:
The client receives an email in Outlook 2016 (POP mail) and when he clicks reply or forward Outlook then switches to the respective reply or forward “mode” so the client can start typing a reply and send the email on its way.

The problem is that the details of the previous email now exclude the all users email address and leaves behind just the previous senders names and surnames only.

Any ideas I can try to resolve this is sincerely appreciated. Google doesnt seem very helpful on the topic.
The client is not using Exchange so there no polices to speak of, that kind of thing.
Thank you.

Are you saying it only shows names of people replied to and not their email addresses?
Correct yes, I'll try upload an image shorty to illustrate the problem

Just another point of clarification:

The sender's email address is no longer displayed, just the full name..?

The issue is not that email addresses in Bcc and or cc are now missing..?

Edit:

Does this happen for any sender/s from any email address or domain or just one specific domain..?

Is it someone the user communicates with regularly? The sender's display name could just be cached in Outlook instead of the email address (if it's what I'm thinking of, it's working as intended if they've been added to the GAL).

Waslayer - Yes I removed them myself for the example... but they too have no email address. As for the domain thing its a single domain but I'llconfirm more info tomorrow.

The Voice - no, its for all email.

EDIT: To clarify, when I receive their email its all A OK 100% but when I reply they have the issue.

Probably was sent as a BCC
That hides the persons addressed...
