Outlook Issue

Well I need help urgently.

I never used Outlook and my gf parents are depending on me to fix the problem.

When they send mail from Outlook, it doesn't send and only get errors.

Where do I start?

Error is "Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients."

I assume they are using pop3 since you don't specify...
Who is their ISP?
Tools, email-accounts in Outlook 2003 to check and change...

Are they on a webafrica saix account or IS (or Verizon)?
From the looks of it, unless they use webafrica mail, wa won't let them use their SMTP server. You can get away with IS' or verizon's outgoing server, or possibly (but less likely) saix outgoing server. That's why I use gmail free - it includes smtp and pop3 - works across all isp's.

it did work and some fool messed up the pc

they are using webmail because that is what they printed on their business cards
