Having an issue as follows.
Have Outlook 2003 as mail client for 4 mail addresses. When mail is sent from any of the addresses (default setting is HTML format) with or with out attachments the recipients recieve the message as follows (and with no attachments):
The mail in the sent items folder appears as originally intended, but all recipients are recieving all mails sans attachments and in the above format.
I have checked all the mail settings in Outlook against other Outlook installs that have no problems and there is no difference.
What could the problem possibly be?
