Outstanding service from Antec!

I'm gobsmacked. My gob has, quite literally, been smacked.
I bought a second hand Antec Solo a month or two ago and it was missing a foot - they're big rubbery things separating it from the ground. The previous owner had thoughtfully glued the remaining foot in the middle, so it isn't such a problem, but still a bit wobly.

At n1hilists suggestion, I went to the customer care on Antec's site to contect them. I filled in a little form with my details, I didn't even have the serial for the case or proof or anything (and it's well out of warranty) but nary an hour later I received an email that that the replacement parts had been shipped with priority mail!!

I'm barely even a customer of theirs! I've never directly purchased a product from them or anything, yet in 1 hour I was able to have a replacement part sent from America!

I often say on this forum how good Antec products are but now they have permanently secured me as a loyal customer.

I think there's a lesson in this.
