Over billing answer after 5 months!!

I queried my over billing 5 months ago. At last Veronica sent me an answer. An attachment with a summery of my billing. That's all. No reasons for my 3 month backdated bill and out of bundle billing when I had a roll over.

Their legal dept. also sent me an email to say I have to pay.

Sorry MTN. You will not intimidate me.
 
Some of the reports i've been seeing suggest that things at MTN are only going to be sliding downward from here on btw.
 
I am also having billing problems. Phoned SIX times to get an itemised bill for last month. 3 of them send me just an invoice, 2 never send me anything and the last one send me an "itemised bill" but all it shows is just dates, call durations, no numbers(only zeros) and call charges are zero (deducted from rand value). I am having airtime dissappearing, but with a USELESS itemised bill like that I can not see where the problem is and they can not log a query unless I give them specific dates where I was overcharged.
