Over bundle billing.

I have noticed over the past few months on my bill that if I go over my contract MB towards the end of the day's session, the whole day's session is billed as out of bundle. Why is this?

Well I don't know, just use Pay as u Go, because I don't need my bill stuffed up.

I logged a complaint with MTN on this issue in the middle of last month and still don't have an answer. An article was written about it on these forums but it seems that MTN just ignored it.

At this point I an looking to close my MTN account on the grounds that they have breached there side of the contract by over charging me.

I have just got a credit for the over charged amount. I would advise you to log a query regarding yours.
