Hi guys,
I've been struggling with a quite incompetent corporate "Strategic Accounts" consultant at Vodacom for 6 weeks now, after being wrongly charged.
I've been attempting to liaise with her civilly for more than 6 weeks now, but my patience is wearing very very thin now.
In essence my account and sim-card was not correctly linked (my simcard was on somebody else's account and vice versa) and I was billed for somebody else's usage. After raising the issue well in advance I was quite surprised to receive a SMS from my bank that my bank account was debited for the *incorrect* amount.
When I received an email on Friday, telling me that "if there is a credit due" I will be credited, I lost my cool a bit.
(Vodacom3, do you have any advice on how to approach this and get this resolved sooner rather than later? Would you mind if I PM you?)
