Overheating! Again

Is the CPU temps of 47 under a load or just idling?

I have a P4 3.0Ghz (630 chip) which is overclocked to 3.6Ghz and NEVER gets above 45 degrees under a load. (running stock cooling)

Check the following :

1) Is the heatsink making proper contact with the CPU?
2) If so, then remove the standard thermal pad, lap the heatsink with 1000 grit sandpaper, and apply some thermal paste (artic silver if you can get some)
3) Clean all the fins on the heatsink.....the dust can actually block airflow.

Your GPU temps seem ok, so I would'nt worry too much about that...... If you want the Vantec Dual PCI slot fan could really help GPU temps...

It's Idling and tried all those steps.

I've given up now :(

Well my pc was running hot and finally the power supply gave out, putting in a new one it all runs cool, plus a couple of fans and the side panel off.
