I’ve heard build quality is an issue on the or was.

Why do you believe they’re overrated?
I’ve heard build quality is an issue on the or was.

I see it daily online. This is my world. Waiting for the Chinese to bring us the real stuff. Not some overated American brand.Tell me about the teslas you see daily then if you're so attached to the op?
Seriously, the tesla is better than I thought it would be, so definitely not overrated imho

The same reason Apple is overated. But this is about cars. Most things American is overated except K-Swiss Sneakers.
The Chinese makes way better stuff. They must just use Indian Software. Where is our BYD's?

Most things are built in China. Another reason Tesla is overated, just because Merica brand.

Seems like a silly reason to find a product overrated, but you do you.
I don’t have any vehicles that come to mind, regarding being overrated.

Oh I’m not upset at all. I just think it’s a silly reason to think a product is overrated because it’s from the US. That’s all.
I’m not saying Tesla isn’t overrated. I have never sat inside one or driven one so I have no opinion on them in the real world.

I'm surprised I'm not seeing the Toyota Fortuner mentioned. I drove the 2019, 2.4 automatic for few months. It's ride was too bouncy for my liking and was only better when fully laden. Granted, the ladder chassis; I guess I shouldn't have been too surprised.
Strange enough, the equivalent Hilux in my opinion rode much better. But then again, it had a canopy the whole time.
Either way, for the money and it's popularity; I expected way better from the Fortuner.
