Oxygn & Sibaya Connect

Is anyone else using Oxygn as their Fibre ISP? I recently moved to a new area and have had three fibre outages since August. These outages last for more than 12 hours with Oxygn blaming Sibaya Connect for the outages. Not sure if it's worth changing to another ISP given the service delivery or if it is Sibaya Connect.
 
We moved to Easi Telecom. Honestly amazing and haven't had an outage yet since moving (Gold Coast)
 
Thanks. I need to move ISPs. Oxygn is the most crap ISP ever. I have had more than six disruptions since August. This happened again since 1pm and I spoke to Kaitlyn and Ann Rowland who doesn't understand what customer service is.
