P. O. N light flashing

Hi fundis.. So I added a UPS to my fibre and since since everytime I log on the PON light flashes and then takes about 20 mins to connect.. This happens about 7/10 times.. Is it the fault of the UPS or something else (sometimes it connect immediately)Should I remove the UPS or does it have nothing to do with the PON flashing?

Usually a flashing PON light means that you are able to connect to the neighborhoods POP but the POP isn't able to connect you to the internet.

Mind the speed(vumatel)

First test without UPS. If same behavior, give MTS a call. You don't want support saying have you tried it without UPS etc. Get one step ahead.

Thank you this was resolved.. Seems the fibre cable somehow came loose in the box outside.

6 months later....? Or did you only remember to respond now lol
