Wow, I'm getting the fastest speeds I've ever experienced ... 60-70 kBps on a 512k line. Something must have nuked their packetshaper.

Yep, I'm also getting really high speeds on p2p (33 kBps on 192).

I am sure you will find a direct correlation between when hard capping arrived and when p2p speeds got better. Now that you can’t just switch to local p2p / proxies or VPNs when you get capped Telkom are very keen for you to use your bandwidth up as fast as possible - since you will need to buy more when you invariably get capped.

Intl is a no go today. Local is lekker and p2p still works for some odd reason. Funny world this. Something strange is going on. They should just drop all caps or make them at least 30GB... Free up the net and you free SA! COME ON TELKOM! BE SPORTING!
