P35 Chipset running too hot?

Here's the concern; My GA-P35C-DS3R is being monitored by a Thermaltake hardcano device, this is what I get:
CPU: 33 idle, 40 under load
GFX: 38 idle, 46 under load
RAM: 38 idle, 43 under load
North Bridge: 48 idle!!, 50+ under load

Now here's the thing, due to the north bridge running so hot, I feel this is a huge contraint for overclocking. Is this normal?

It seems hot to me - what about attaching a 40 mm fan - worth a try IMHO

It is a bit hot... Maybe invest in a fan for the North Bridge?

50'C isn't going to limit your clocks that much, or at least you wouldn't get more even if it was loading at 35'C. If the NB was hitting 70'C, yes maybe then, but 50 isn't going to do it.
