P990i and Blackberry help

Hey guys i installed the blackberry connect software on my P990i and bought the blackberry prepaid service from VC , I recieved all settings but still it doesnt want to connect any ideas ? Phonening Voda customer care doesnt work as half of the monkeys over there doesnt even know what blackberry is. Can someone help me and has someone set it up on VC prepaid ?

Register the PIN and IMEI of the device on www.mobileemail.vodafonesa.co.za and then see what happens.

i have tried that Iam3G but it gives me this error

The PIN in question is what is assigned to a Blackberry device viewable by going to Options -> Status.

In your case using Blackberry Connect , what should happen is that once you launch the application and it connects , it should have installed a Blackberry APN profile , once connected you should be able to view the PIN of the device (for Blackberry purposes) within the Blackberry Connect menus.

This is the way it works on my E90 using Blackberry Connect.
