Packet loss problems

hey there, i connect perfectly, but when i ping a website, say www.saix.net, ill get 50% packet loss, ive phoned the help desk, they've told me that my connection to the exchange is fine, and told me to obtain DNS automatically, which doesnt help...

i still have a feeling it has nothing to do with my line considering this happened 2 weeks ago, i phoned, the consultant told me he would phone the exchange, and within a day the connection was fine again..

has anyone had this problem before? and could help me?

Is this on all websites? What account is it? Local? IS or SAIX?

ThatCat just posted the same problem as me, im also on a 384 connection... this happens on an I.S account and a SAIX account.. on all websites
