Packetloss at night, anybody else?

So for the last month or so I am having very bad packetloss from 1-15%


I am just checking if anybody else is having the same issue. It's not my tower. It seems to be somewhere in the core network itself.

I have a friend not close to me also starting to have the same issue.

Northern-Cape close to Kathu

I know that its not my tower as roaming on vodacom gives me the same packetloss but when I use a vodacom sim or mtn sim its 100% fine
Speedtest is also okay
