Pairing Extraview

Dear all,,,
I have a HD pvr 2p, & an extraview in other room, I tried to go to extraview options after the code 9949,,,I found :
RF IN & the rest are all greyed that I canno´t alterate nothing,,,,I need to find the pin code to transmit it to MC so they can activate it ,,,,anyone can help....would really apreciate...

This RF IN your found, is it on the Primary or Secondary decoder?

make sure you have the heartbeat cable installed on the correct ports on the decoders, have you called MC to activate Xtraview already, their telephonic support is usually pretty good?
