Pally Tank question

What seal do you use when you are tanking, which is better for aggro building/holding?
 
rofl,SotR for < 30seconds,SoV rest...
 
It depends, when you need to tank more than one mob, use SoV. Since HoR would start stacking the seal on the other two mobs too.
 
SoV? HoR? SotR?

Well I'm leveling a pally but seeing as though how easy as hell they're at leveling I assume the feeble minded play them, and because you don't have enough brain cells to remember whole words, I have to assume that's why you play a pally, to faceroll and win. For the horde?

I'm sorry but if you think you can "faceroll", as you put it, and still accomplish anything what so ever as a paladin, you are sadly mistaken. Being one of the most versatile classes in the game, in order to do anything decently, you need to know what you're doing. I've never seen a Retribution paladin "faceroll" and get more than 3k-4k dps. I've never seen a holy paladin heal ToGC by only spamming one spell. I've never seen a Protection paladin hold threat decently with no spell rotation since the Righteous fury nerf.

Before you try and troll a thread, do some research. And if you are as pro as you appear to be, why waste your time leveling a paladin since "the feeble minded" play them?

I am sorry, you need a spell rotation since the righteous fury nerf to hold aggro...?

Really you just spam abilities that are not on cooldown and you will hold aggro just fine. However it does make life easier to macro your 6 second and 9 second spells, so that you have 2 buttons and just press 6-9-6-9-6-9-6-9 and then use the other non-6/9 second abilities inbetween as needed.

As for which seal to use, for tanking Seal of Corruption is the best, especially on single target mobs, but even when I tank multiple mobs I really dont need anything else.

You havent tanked for hunters dishing out 9k.
Ret pallies peaking out at 10-11k.

If you cant hold a 969 rotation, prepare to be ashamed when you meet these people.
 
Don't worry, I have tanked for hunters, yes they are the ones dishing out the most aggro but it really is not as hard as you trying to make it out.

When you are tanking hardmodes, yes, you do.
 
It is still the same, the same dps'ers still does the same aggro, and no matter what you do to rotate your spells, it doesnt make that huge difference, whether you are in hard mode or not. Gear will make a bigger difference than spell rotation tanking as a pally.
 
Probably true. But you still need to factor cooldowns into your rotation. Such as DS/AW/AM.
