Pancakes is only pancakes if they are covert in sugar and cinamon. My wife is wrong with her tuna and cheese sauce. Finish and klaar.

your wife's tuna and cheese sauce? sounds disgusting man.

Cinnamon and sugar trying disguise itself as tuna and cheese?! Even Mossad never thought about that yet!

savoury pancakes arent too bad.

I just opened the sugar bowl and a pancake jumped out at me! damn pancakes covert in sugar.

Sugar, cinnamon AND lemon!

Anyone care to share some basic recipes?
I lost the one I always used, and have tried a couple from the net, but they just aren't the same :(

Sugar and lemon is the nicest on pancakes.

1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
1 cup of milk (can vary if you want it thicker/thinner - I think I end up using a bit more, but I don't really measure and go by what looks right)

How big much is a cup?

250ml

Want me to give you the measurements in ounces and grams too?

This isn't meant to be a tricky one - if you're off by a bit, won't matter too much.

Doesn't a pinch depend on the size of the chef?

I don't care much for measurements, i tend to cook using my intuition

And google search to call the places that deliver? :p

If you think your pinch is too big, adjust accordingly ;)

Thanks AvatarS, looks very similar to the one I had.
Last one I used off the net used Cream of Tartar, which was a little odd.
Since this uses baking powder, i take it you are using cake flour instead of self-raising?

Apricot Jam spread thinly on pancake rolled up in cinnamon sugar.
