For those in Cape Town, there is a place in Obs, down the lower main road, just past the Obs Civic Center called "Crespella" or something like that. Run by an old Turkish couple.

If you like pancakes, go there. Go there.

They're Bulgarian. Although the husband is originally from Turkey or Iran, IIRC.

I prefer that my pancakes don't have baking powder, but then again, i like a much thinner pancake (more like a crepe).
