Panel beaters didn't align my bonnet properly

Sent my car into an accredited panel beater to get my bonnet replaced. Today one of their drivers delivered my car but I didn't sign for it because I was in a meeting so I just got the intern to do it, two hours later when I went to check on the car the job looks terrible,the bonnet is over hanging on the front and has huge gaps on the one side.I am not the smartest of car guys but is it all possible if I take it to another panel beater they will be able to align it properly or am I having to go over the process all over again, or should I go back and demand they straighten the bonnet, cause clearly they thought it was a good job for it to leave the workshop.
