There's no way he will be awarded prime spectrum like WiMax, it sounds like he is involved with a imminently launching WISP, nothing exciting if you ask me, and since he is involved in it, I suggest staying far away from it before a pillock of customer disservice comes crashing down.

I can understand why they wouldn't want anyone to know that they've partnered up with Molotsane - I assume he is in reality nothing more than an investor...

I seriously doubt that Stalin-Mafole, at the Dementia of Communistications, would allow any parastatal to employ Molotsane, which rules out Sentech and Telkodemonopolies and Broadband Infraco and Eskom and Transtel [does it even exist anymore?] and !CASA and the DoC etc etc etc...
