Can anyone offer an explanation for this:

Most times, if I am connected to home wifi and I try to access insight gold, it won't connect and just spins. If i disconnect the wifi on my phone and connect then using 4G, it connects.

It's as if the messaging is not going through properly, or it cannot access the alarm by going out the router and back in again on my home wifi.

Sometimes it does work on home wifi too, if I switch wifi networks to a different SSID (i have 2 fibre connections at home).

Any ideas in terms of NAtting, port fowarding etc. that could be causing this?

Have you tried the new app BlueEye? I swopped to Olarm because I got sick and tired of it taking ages to connect to our alarm system
