Paradox Alarm & Swan Server

I have not been able to connect to my alarm using the Insight Gold App for days. IP 150 modules connected to the internet. Just no response trying to connect in the app. Anyone else experiencing this?

Swan servers seem to be having issues. Can connect locally fine but had problems yesterday.

My Insite gold sub lapsed 2 days ago. Not renewing it cos it is just horrible by default.

We've been using home Assistant to control the alarm (which is super fast) via the IP150 so Insite gold was not really being used except for alarm trigger notifications. Should have that sorted in HA in the next day.
