Parellels Setting Change

Hi guys,
Is it possible to change the amount of RAM given to my virtual patition for windows? At the moment it is at 340MB and ideally I want to make 1GB. My mac has 2GB ram so cannot see why that isn't possible.

You can change both by editing the virtual machine (Edit>Virtual Machine)

Memory is pretty straight forward

HDD - Advanced tab then "Recreate"

It wont let me go higher than 340MB though...I have searched around the web and I am not the only one. It is so odd.
