Pargo delivery service tested

LED strips don't weigh 5kg though. There is a size restriction but as long as something can realistically fit in a bag it's allowed. I'm wondering under what shipping option it was actually sent.

This seems more like Raru still not having their eligible items correctly sorted so all the other items now get dumped into the expensive shipping option. I do find their system a bit weird. Some larger items have extra shipping charges yet these are usually the more expensive ones which should cover shipping. Yet I can order a bunch of items over R400 separately and have them delivered for free.

Probably some wacky weight metadata per item and the cart is adding them up and calculating your shipping based on the 'total weight'. For most stores, it's impossible to accurately gauge the weight of any particular order's delivery automatically. Much more sensible to base shipping costs on the value of the cart and the postal code.
 
Picked up my first Pargo package from Clicks. Ordered a low cost SD card from Raru with free delivery last month. The delivery time was about 3 days. Picking it up at Clicks took about 10 minutes.

Onedayonly has free Pargo delivery today only,.
