As a sales person I like to use a good pen. For that reason I use a Parker roller ball. Recently I found that the refills start leaking. It then mess up the inside mechanism that become sticky and it becomes difficult to push in. Does anybody else experience the same problem? I normally use black fine.

Yes, I've had the same problem 3 times now :(

I've tried all these fancy pens but for me nothing beats one of those Pilot fine tip roller ball pens.

The grip area is a soft silicone which works really well.

You got duped into believing a Parker Roller Ball is a good pen that's where you trouble starts.

What I think is not important. What people people think that I offer the pen to sign is important. They think Parker is a good pen. I use a Bic Clic in my office but there is no way I will offer that to a client to sign. I had lots of positive feedback about the Parker.

I eventually found a refill at our local stationers - looks just like the original Parker but is labelled Schmidt Refill P900. The one I got is a medium, black, has lasted well so far and writes beautifully, just the right amount of resistance. It also does not have that characteristic of the cheap refills of leaving a sticky blob at the end of a drawn line.

Do you mind giving me the name of the store

I know Waltons used to stock them, but for me they don't write as smoothly as Parker original ink. So I switched back to Parker.
