Johannesburg - A convicted rapist out on parole was caught raping a 15-year-old girl in Jabulani, Soweto police said on Wednesday.

She was on her way home from school. The 30-year-old allegedly took the girl, in uniform, to a nearby reservoir and raped her several times on Tuesday afternoon, Warrant Officer Kay Makhubela said.

"Some people saw him and they called the police. He was caught."

Police found he was out on parole and had been sentenced to nine years for a previous rape.

He would appear in the Protea Magistrate's Court on Friday.

Seriously, what is it going to take for proper deterring measures to be introduced??? At the very least, when there's absolutely no question of the offender's guilt, they should be sjambokked.
 
The death penalty eliminates repeat offenders
Rapists cannot be rehabilitated why do we keep trying to! :mad:

I wonder how much of his pitiful 9yr sentence he served in the first place.

This fv<ker should be hung in public!!!

I hope they investigate the previous sentence and time served.
 
And the poor girl gets let down by the justice system, most likely paroled to free up space for the next savage.
 
Just cut his hands off....
he wont be able to satisfy himself, or hold a weapon to force someone else to do it....

Then show him pics of lotsa naked women...

As much as many would love to see it's return, it's not going to happen in our lifetime.

Minimum sentence for a convicted rapist should life without parole. Nothing less.
