Part time wordpress course

Anyone know if there is such a thing as a wordpress course that one can do part time ? I have some knowledge , enough to be comfortable but most companies want some sort of cert.

which companies want certification on wordpress???

certify yourself in PHP instead, much better and you can do more than just wordpress

Also the WordPress codebase frequently changes. It would be best to get a PHP certification and live in the WordPress Codex to get a grasp on things as they happen.
