Part time work and contracts question.

Hi all

Just wondering if anyone has specific info about entering into part time work and what contract is legally required.

Work will be 80 hours a month.

Does the employer have to provide a contract ?
Is the employee allowed leave, sick leave etc ?
Can I assume that things like tax and UIF contributions are sorted out by the employer ?

What dodgy things should I be looking out for entering into such a contract ?
 
iirc you need a contract if you work for more than 24 hours per month.

The employer must register you for UIF and Workman's Compensation..
