Partserve Alternatives

Hi all,

In Cape Town, besides Partserve, whomselse can we take Lenovo / HP laptops too for repairs.

I've taken 2x laptops to them - both were returned to us as "working" but both weren't.

1st keyboard was replaced - but it was connected.
2nd power button was fixed - but it wasn't.

This is infuriating.

Who else is an option?

I've also found Evernex whom are based in Cape Town, DBN and JHB.

I can't for the life of me understand how Partserve stay in business... they are the WORST and it never gets better.

Apparently they are awful even in JHB - so how does Lenovo/HP consider them a channel partner or preferred repair place?

Are they nuts!
