Parys (FS) coverage

A friend of mine has very, very poor coverage in Parys in the residential area, at best he gets GPRS on MTN and most of the time the data network is down.

CellC gets EDGE and Vodacom gets full 3G+, now my question, what can one do to get MTN to have a look at their towers in a town so that you can get half decent connection to the net?

Unfortunately he took out a contract with MTN for the modem and data, but is there not a clause that MTN promises "fair usage"?

I hope there is a solution.

It seems like there is then nothing to do about this?

Is there then a legal route one can take to get out of the contract? They are delivering nothing atm, is there then not steps one can take?

Before going the legal route dial 0839001212 and log a call for poor reception, they will allocate the query to a coverage co ordinator to attend to.
