This seems unlikely to me. To help people via PMs you'd have to be registered here...which you've only been for <1month not years.
Nonetheless I'll provide some vague hints: Those passwords can't be cracked per se. i.e. The Hash is strong enough that it can't be reversed. On a server system its also likely to be salted with a system key. In short, your best course of action is to delete the password, not break it. This will cause some damage to the system. All the encrypted portions of the user folders will be lost forever. Not sure what other effects might occur on a server edition install.
