Password Manager

Can anyone recommend a decent password manager program?
Needs to be able to automatically sync between my windows pc and android & apple phones
Preferably a once off purchase rather than a subscription

Myki password manager. Free and no cloud sync but to unlock the browser extension you need to have your phone on you. Syncing is also iffy and you need to manually sync it sometimes. Moved to Bitwarden since $10 a year is cheap as chips anyway for the convenience.

They keep jacking the price though and the free version probably won't be around for long. Not to mention it's ugly.

Keepass. Save db in Dropbox to sync with all your devices. Use iOS, Android, Windows apps to access.

Lastpass. The free option comes with 2 factor authentication. Not sure how it compares to other password managers.
