I recommend you phone them 1-2 times a day. My docs were stuck in "document check" phase for 3 days after faxing it to them. Eventually one of the Call Centre Managers tracked it down and passed it into the finance cycle - where it was stuck for 2 days until I blew my lid ;-)
From application to online in 6 working days ;-) .. took fighting though (and collecting the modem myself) ;-)
