Not true. There are many times where people have asked about investment vehicles or strategies and you have specifically and deliberately advised them to follow your strategy of "past performance + 'good fundamentals'".

Well, there is a tax thread on sharechat so you know you'll be paying 40%.

Given the trades you did in 2012 where you sold your entire holding at least once, you'll be selling nearly half your portfolio to pay those taxes.

Last I heard it was R1.5 million and you were drawing R360 000 a year on it.

So a quick conservative calculation by me, says that by October this year you'll have around R770 000 to your name after taxes etc.
That's if your share prices remain static.
 
Not quite alf. I withdrew nothing last year and I lost 45% during the crash so that is a CGT Loss that carries over. I only got even mid 2011.

The 1st one is me stating about moving to Portugal. I still intend to but had to delay it due to Greece, Fiscal Cliff etc.
The 2nd one is about some guy wanting to make money with R15k. No reference to me here.
The 3rd one is a discussion about CML's good performance.

I don't get it. Give me a clue please.

Clue:
To make it simple. Just put your money on the JSE via a broker. Then choose 2 shares that are well diversified. They do about 60% PA and mostly do not follow the trend. They just go up and up.
I have been making a living off these 2 for a long time now and they are the most steady stocks on the JSE.
CML - Coronation Fund Managers. Well diversified.
AVI - Food manufactures. When all else falls, this will go up and up.
These 2 stocks will give you a steady income.
I have been trading stocks for 15 years and now have settled on the above 2 and no more trading.

It is only so simple because your lie is so blatant. If I had not provided the evidence then yeah I would be foolish. If there is something I have not grasped with regard to those posts please enlighten me as to how you have not lied about giving specific stock advice on this forum.

Indeed I do 'frantically' search for evidence to discredit you because I, and the others here, have a great concern for the innocent and vulnerable readers who potentially could act on your advice to their financial detriment. You can insult my intelligence all you want, but you are still a liar.

Some of us have fairly decent memories and given the quantity of B S that you've posted and repeatedly post its rather easy and quick to find.

And there's a whole bunch of posters here and on shareschat who are constantly debunking you and that number is growing.

Anyone following your advice after reading these threads deserves to end up begging on the streets with you.
Or sitting in jail for failing to declare income to SARS.

I don't know why they upset.
As to the PM's. Only one was for advice. I gave him websites to study and not advice. The others were to thank me for the most entertainment on this site that they had in years. Not sure if that is good or bad.

Upset? Not me, I am just amused, you have not answered my question on the 2 corrections in CML in 2011 or was that also a crash year? Does silence mean I won? Is there anything to win? I dont think so. Just glad you have diversified a bit. Was stupid of you to have sold those investments after a 40% downturn, you just cemented your loss, forgot which year that was.

I think a know way less on how to get shares and stuff than you but even I know how basic like Satrix works and you didn't, which just puts all your comments in the questionable space.

But that's just it: since when is investing a competition?!? How do you win at it? If Warren Buffet makes 1% return then he makes $1m. If we make 100% we make R1m. So who wins there? That kind of mentality is idiotic.

Real investing is about choosing the financial instruments that are aligned with your financial and life goals, taking into account your risk profile. The key to success is sticking to that plan and not letting your fear and greed lead to bad decision making. Maximum returns is not a financial goal so it is silly to persue it just for the sake of it.

We go after you because you are trying to lead people away from THEIR plans and on to YOUR plan only. You do not seem to be able to comprehend that other people have different needs to you. They are all unique.

So please stop trying to 'win' because you are just making a fool of yourself.
