Pathetic speed on Mweb

I wouldn't normally post on a thread with this kind of title, but I just noticed that I also got moved off the SAIX network. This is ironic, since 3 weeks ago I got bumped up to 7Mbs as part of Telkom's upgrade, and did notice a spped improvement. Now, my speeds are back to where they were before Telkom's upgrade!?

So, its one step forward, one step backwards...

Um, MWEB Ops, can you perhaps answer me one question instead of ignoring me?

when my news server has been working fine, and it has NOW all of a sudden started saying "Connection closed gracefully" what is that?

Edit : Working again.
