I canceled my Iburst last month, and the only response I got back then was, "Where can we fax you your cancellation forms?" Not even so much as asking me why I wanted to cancel.

Anyway, today, more than a month later, I get a phone call from an Iburst representative giving me the 6th degree about why I'm canceling, and how Iburst can get me to stay. Well, she didn't like any of my answers, nor did she really like the fact that I have already signed up with another service and already started utilizing it. However, afterwards, she still chirps, "des this mean you don't want to stay with Iburst anymore?" Um, hello?!?!?!

She almost came across with a sense of desperation. Which make me wonder, how many customers are Iburst actually loosing?

Are you sure they actually removed you from their system?

Well, she did confirm that she received my cancellation. But, I did tell her I was placing a stop order with my bank against Iburst - we all know how efficient Iburst's accounts department is.
