Paying CoT Rates by Standard Bank EFT?

I now have a City of Tshwane rates account. One obvious way to pay this is by EFT. Looked at the list of pre-loaded beneficiaries on Standard Bank under city of tshwane and they had some janky looking names. The municipal website is no help at all on this. Does anyone know what the actual beneficiary details are?
