'lo all, I have decided to come clean with the law. I owe around R18k in fines and now am putting my quater-mile lifestyle behind me.

What method of payment is the best, going to each an every district is not a possibility. Does the traffic dept. offer any incentive for people like me to clear their past. i.e. discount on paying all in one go?

Breaking the law and wanting discounts? Only incentive is you keeping your license.

woooah.....

I think "bulk purchases" only work for stores like makro/trade centre - not sure about traffic fines though...

If the fine is older than 2 or 3 years, they won't issue summons. I'll wait for the summons before paying. Just update your details so they have the right address to deliver the summons

Payfine is dead. It doesn't pick up any fines on my profile or my wifes (she has no fines) for the past month. Server error or some sh*t. I think JMPD are fazing them out.

A discount is a bit cocky, I heard something like that was offered through word of mouth. Wanted to check it out here first.

I checked payfine.co.za, on the site it has a notification that is closing. I have registered with www.paycity.co.za
