UNGRATEFUL TROLL ALERT!

I recently joined the forum and all i see is you hijacking other peoples threads to push your own 54% of an agenda. You are clearly getting responses from rain and still want to come out here and hijack other people that are getting help.

From your posts, you're at least getting responses and some form of help where others haven't received a response FOR WEEKS! You really should create your own thread where you can push whatever agenda you have instead of trolling.

If you did get an answer to your question that you keep plastering on the forum - will it improve your speeds? Will it increase your tower capacity? You're simply trying to corner a company into giving you an answer you want to hear so you can continue to drag them through the dirt. JUST CANCEL!

Even when you're getting help you still choose a reason to complain about SOMETHING!

Find a hobby during lockdown and leave the forums for people that want help - not your personal agendas!

PS: You don't have to type out your "if you have nothing constructive to say" response because its been overused on this platform too.

PPS: I'm not even a rain user yet and I'm tired of seeing you complain!
Maybe if rain gave good service then

I can echo the complaints that I have read on this thread. I have now had a new RAIN router in my possession for 3 weeks now and have yet to get a signal. let alone a service of any sort. For the first week, rain support responded via email with no success or progress on establishing a connection.

There is no support number for a client to call as it just goes to a recording. If you send an email to support, all you get is a response saying the call is recognized as received but nothing further. There is no way for you to cancel the service so there is no way to stop RAIN from just deducting money from your account for as long as they like.

This is blatant robbery in my opinion! As consumers we are stuck with a service provider that is unable to deliver a service which is offered and subscibed to, yet you cannot cancel it because there is no option via your customer portal to do so and the service provider has your banking details and can debit your account as they feel like it.

I think that this is totally unacceptable and if RAIN isn't willing to do something about resolving their client's needs, then maybe it is time that the national communications authorities step in to address these issues.

Dude you can switch off the unlimited data plan and set your spend limit to 0 if you've got no service in your area. If you don't and keep getting debited that's on you
