Payment pending no help removing this error

Hi I apparently have a payment on my account. Which I'm not aware of. I wanted to try the 5G R999 package, since the last 4G wasn't getting me anywhere even after I bought and setup an antenna.
My question is, I've sent to support a before and did again this morning but I'm going to carry on with my life and probably grow old before I get a response so I'm posting here.

I have been tryna from yesterday to make payment for my rain arrears. If didn’t accept my new debit card details. I stil have no idea why. The consultants kept teln me go to dashboard n edit details. Even tho dat was wat I initially tried. I finally was able to update banking details using a different bank card. But now when I’m tryin to make the payment. Its says error. Payment pending for this transaction. 2 different consultants from yesterday. N I’m stil not able to make payment cos its stuck in error. Do I have to wait til Monday when consultants are back to work?
A contact number to speak to sum1 would help in cases like dis. Cos the emailing doesn’t seem to work for urgency.
They will never even call you that's how pathetic rain service is.

I think there might be something going on with Rain's payment systems. I'm continuously getting disconnected, then a login pops up asking for payment, then reconnecting again. Even now I am browsing yet the router is showing disconnected. Very strange. We have paid so something else is up. Has been like this since around 10AM.

"Hi there, we see you have an issue and you want to cancel" - what seems to be the problem ?
Me: Did you even read the post which describes my issue ??
Them: We see you are outstanding R0.01
Me: ?! Uhh, how is that even possible
Them: It is a glitch on your side.
Me: No, it's not on my side - I do not pay you - you DEBIT me for the amount owed
Them: Don't worry we will credit you the R0.01
Me: Uhh, Still doesn't explain the issue - imagine you had a fat finger error and undercharged everyone R0.01 - now your entire Customer base gets suspended (or even worse now get's blacklisted on ITC ?)
Them: You see it is because your bill was R1,185.42 and we only debited R1,185.41
Me: ....

What the actual.. anyway
 
Second month i received non payment in the middle of the month lol
Rain cuts me off.
Then turns back on after a while, like wth is going on????
