i want to make payment, i contacted your chat platform for the assistance, i was told to look for a "pay now" option on my dashboard, my dashboard does not give me that option. please assist, i am very frustrated right now.
 
No debit order gone off and no pay now what next...
 
I am beginning to think rain will not bill us until the end of this lockdown period. My debit did not go off today, I will wait a few more days and if nothing then i will go buy food. Apparently food is more important lol

Perhaps you'll have more joy sending this to the company you are frustrated with?
 
My d/o didn't go off either.
Wonder if that makes square cause last month I paid them via banking app and they put the d/o through

Well it was too good to be true lol. they deducted their money today lol
 
Used the peach - pay now portal on my rain login...made payment of R1249

it was debited came off my bank account i got an sms and can see a lower bank balance

RAIN says....... "Payment not successful ....TRY AGAIN" in the payment portal....THIS IS NOT COOL!!!!!

if this billing issue is not sorted out............. i will cancel both (2) my RAIN products

at a time like this why is RAIN f..cking up?

Do not worry about that. Mine also did the same and it actually paid. So long as the deduction went through in your account then you are sorted. for me i just logged off then logged in back again and the "you missed payment" message was gone and everything is sorted.

This happened to me last month. My d/o goes off 1st working day of the month. Sunday 01 Mar I got a message to say my d/o failed and my service will be suspended. So I paid R 450 via eft. Stru as Bob Monday 02 Mar d/o goes off.
I haven't even bothered to take this up with them yet. I'm scared the call center will ask me to switch off my router, take out the sim, put it back and restart. This seems to be their standard reply.
I actually thought this is the reason why my d/o didn't go off this month.
But since nothing was deducted this month I wait and see.
 
Payment just went off my account. Idiots just took R500 even though I am on the R250 package.

But it has been the same issue for the last few months and then it deducts by day 3.
Obviously the notifications on the website are new and worrying.

Take an umbrella to the shops. You never know.
 
I just logged in and payed my account. It went through on my banking but on the rain message it says unsuccessful...getting a bit worried now. There live chat. I was position 185. No way can i wait that long
