Payment

I just logged in and payed my account. It went through on my banking but on the rain message it says unsuccessful...getting a bit worried now. There live chat. I was position 185. No way can i wait that long
Just log out and log in
happened to me too but everything is fine now
 
Thanks the pay acc never came up after logging back in so seems ok.
I was also going out of my mind when i paid and the money got deducted and i still received the payment not accepted.... i logged out and loggedin and everything was fine.
 
Mine just went off.
Still no movement on my bank account.
Went to my Rain account and checked but my dashboard was greyed out.
Couldn't do anything even though the arrears notice was up.
Logged out and the dashboard is active yet the notice that I am in arrears is gone.:unsure:
 
Well, I got the invoice on my dashboard, but the debit order did not go off?
There is also no "Pay Now" option on my dashboard.
My account is fully active though, anyone know what is actually going on here?

Since I Use it for work, I need this payed so it doesn't just go off just because "rain being rain". These guys should get their ducks in a row, don't bite off more than you can chew then let your customers suffer based on your bad business decisions

I am in exactly the same boat. Still no sign of the debit order going off but all my others went off smoothly on the 1st.
Also using it to work so cannot have it stop due to non-payment and no workaround to pay off the dashboard.
 
Anyone know the quickest way of getting support from rain, the rain rep from here sent me a pm yesterday in regards to my issue, he has since been quiet with no feedback, I have sent them emails and no response, when I try the live chat I will be in queue for more than 40 minutes then it bumps me to the back of the queue.

I just aged a minimum of 10 years because of this. Wow.

Same with me. I was in the queue for about an hour and suddenly I am at the back of the queue again (19 to 84). I having problems with slow upload speed of 1 mbps and lower

they looked into my account and got confirmation that i would be be getting april for free, since im a brand new customer i guess
