Payslip format required

Hi. I have a car wash business and normally i just give my staff those brown pay packet envelopes with their pay in. now they are asking for formal payslips which they can use to apply for loans etc.. Can anyone help me with a payslip that a bank would accept from them? If you can help I will PM you my email address. All help would be greatly appreciated.
