Hi,

I'm looking for PBX/telephone solutions in CPT for approximately 20 people. I would like to be able to utilise voip hardphones and softphones. I'm keen to get a better understanding of who offers what - I've done some searching and at the moment most popular options appear to be Samsung and Asterisk. Any other input appreciated.

Cheers,
mark

Hi Mark

I'm the sales manager for Nashua Communications, we recently bought and now own 100% of Siemens Enterprise Communications. Due to our relationships and positioning in the market as VAS for Neotel, Telkom, MTN, Vodacom etc we not only provide hardware but a complete end to end solution, from incoming traffic, to hardware through to breakout.

My suggestion when considering your options, is to select a vendor that is established and has a solid support structure, especially when considering VOIP and IP based solutions. Its important to see how well your hardware vendor is established in terms of relationships with VOIP traffic providers, as IP based solutions are really about convergence and ultimately your strategy should be able managing incoming/outgoing traffic in combination with your data.

With regards to VOIP hardware, we provide custom solutions which will allow you to use IP handsets or soft SIP clients within your network or externally. We also provide complete hosted solutions, whereby IP phones are deployed, cheaper call rates are given and no additional hardware is required.

However we will need more information about your requirements. Why dont you put me an e-mail on [email protected].a
